These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Amplepay, including wallet funding, bill payments, examination card purchases, merchant tools, APIs, and all related website and dashboard features.
By creating an account, using the service, funding a wallet, buying products, or accessing merchant features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies or notices incorporated into them.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are also responsible for all activity carried out through your account, password, transaction PIN, merchant token, and any other credentials issued to you.
You must not share credentials, impersonate another user, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in a way that disrupts service integrity or security.
Wallet funding is subject to payment provider processing, verification, fraud controls, and reconciliation rules. Credits may be delayed, withheld, reversed, or rejected where a payment fails validation, is disputed, refunded, reversed, or otherwise found to be invalid or unauthorized.
You are responsible for confirming transaction details before submitting a purchase. Completed purchases may not be reversible once the product or service has been successfully delivered.
Merchant accounts and API access are provided for approved business use only. You must keep your secret token and any issued credentials secure. You must not misuse the API, exceed allowed usage in bad faith, bypass pricing or fee rules, interfere with the platform, or resell products in violation of applicable law or provider restrictions.
Amplepay may suspend, rotate, revoke, or restrict merchant access where abuse, risk, chargeback exposure, fraud, non-compliance, or security concerns are detected.
You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, chargeback abuse, credential theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, automated abuse, reverse engineering, or any use that could expose Amplepay, its users, or its providers to technical, legal, or financial risk.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the service where we believe it is necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, investigate abuse, enforce these terms, or manage operational or payment-provider risk.
The Amplepay platform, software, branding, content, and service design remain our property or the property of our licensors. Except where expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service outside your permitted use.
The service is provided on an available basis. While we aim for reliable operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free processing, or compatibility with every external provider at all times. To the extent allowed by law, Amplepay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
