This Refund Policy explains when Amplepay may issue a refund, wallet reversal, or correction for payments, wallet funding, and product purchases made through the platform.
Wallet funding may be reversed, declined, or adjusted where a payment is refunded, reversed by the payment provider or bank, identified as unauthorized, or fails verification or reconciliation checks. If a funding entry is reversed after credit has been applied, the equivalent amount may be debited from the wallet.
Products that have already been successfully delivered, including examination cards, tokens, subscription purchases, or similar digital goods, are generally non-refundable. This is because delivery is typically immediate and irreversible once fulfilled.
Where a transaction fails and the product or service is not delivered, we may reverse the debit, reprocess the request, or issue a refund or wallet credit after validation. Resolution timelines may depend on provider response, reconciliation, and internal review.
Merchant transactions are subject to provider validation, settlement rules, dispute handling, fraud review, and reconciliation. We may withhold, reverse, or reject credits where transaction history indicates chargeback risk, duplication, payment failure, or policy abuse.
If you believe a transaction should be reviewed, contact support with the relevant transaction reference, account details, amount, and a concise description of the issue. Review requests may require additional verification before action is taken.
Refund and reversal decisions are made based on delivery status, payment-provider confirmation, fraud screening, reconciliation outcome, and applicable legal or operational obligations.
